Interview
The Interview process was a Open Recruitment. A bit unorganized from my perspective. the Job Overview/Requirements were explained clearly. The energies of the current FA were high and upbeat. Not a fan of group interviews, they always seem rushed and anxiety levels were high. I was surprised at who they chose to keep for a F2F. Not sour about their selection, but it gave me a good idea of what to expect for future interviews.

What qualities do you possess do you think would make you a good fit to be a Flight attendant
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
