Interview
Info time, group interview, then face to face. He went over the skywest process and policies, then a break, then we had 60 seconds to say "why we would be a great flight attendant." Another 45 minute break (so go eat) and then the face to face.

Question 1
A guy leaves his tray table down and laptop on at takeoff after you just announced to stow them.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
