Interview
Timeline
Applied:8/12/17
Invitation to attend an OH: 8/14/17
OH Date: 9/5/17 in Cleveland, OH *you just to to whatever one is convenient for you. During the open house you are to arrive by 6pm. They do lock the doors promptly at 6 so get there early. Once you’re there, they measure you to make sure you are in the height range. I can’t remember what the height range is. Once the process starts they give you background on the company and explain how the process is going to go. They give you 60 seconds to explain why you would make a great flight attendant. Please just answer the question and don’t go over 60 seconds. The question is why you would make a great flight attendant not why you want to become a flight attendant just to be clear. Once that’s over everyone leaves the room for like 30 min while they decide. They post names on the door for those who make it to the final round which is a face to face interview with one of the recruiters. Once that is over they tell you it will be 14 Days before you hear a yes or no. That ended up being 14 business days for me so roughly 20 days.
Received CJO: 9/25/17
Goodluck guys!
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
