SO i am not going back to interview with SkyWest again. Not because i didnt get a second round interview, but because of the other EXCEPTIONAL candidates they had at this interview that didn't get a one on one... you get there... they read the paper... blah blah blah... break for 30... why you want to be a flight attendant... break for 45... list on the door... I have no idea what they are looking for, but i'm way over this process... There was a guy in our interview, and when i tell you he was AMAZING!!! and even he didn't get a interview? there was another young lady who i mean was dressed to slay, nailed the question, and they passed on her. I don't know if they want strong candidates or if they just want someone weak they can mold but i can tell you if you want to be shocked and appalled, go and sit in on this interview...
