Interview
It is a group interview. The recruiters introduce themselves to the entire room and everyone is given the same question to answer. They give you time prepare to answer the question and you return to start the next process.They also give you the do's and don'ts when answering the question. Make sure you listen!!! If you pass that part you are selected for an individual interview.

Question 1
What is one thing you would change from your past or a decision that you made that you would change if you could.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
