Went in for an HR assistant position where the only requirement listed was one year of office experience. (Although I had some actual HR experience.) I came in early and filled out a paper application. When I talked to the HR Manager (I believe) she starts saying how they were looking for a HR team leader, someone who would step up and keep other employees in line. We went through my resume and she asked my questions about writing a termination letter and contesting unemployment. (Maybe add this to job description and make the title HR Lead.) Lastly, I took some assessments; typing and a basic English one I believe.
