Met with head Chef and his assistant. Chef asked tons of questions. I thought the interview went great and he did not ever even get back after that, no response at all.

Solid company with great standards. Although i didn't receive the position I was very much impressed with the way they did business and their hiring process. Would recommend applying here if you like what the job entails. Make sure you have an up to date resume that is more on the professional side than culinary side
