Phone interview then in person. the manager seemed stressed out and really asked no questions about my previous experience. it was mostly questions about multitasking and how would I handle different situations He brought in HR and a transportation MGR and asked more EE related questions. trans MGR gave me a tour and asked my opinions on different activities as we walked. ended with signing to release information on basic background checks.

Very professional interview. Faced the usual interview questions, however the HR staff member was very friendly and inviting. Afterwards I was given a tour of the facility and an intro to the basic operations.

I initially had a phone interview with corporate HR. I was invited for a second interview with the facilities HR Manager. The third interview was with multiple people including another operations supervisor, HR manager, and the general manager.
