I applied online and then did an in person interview on my college campus. It was relaxed and we spoke about my faith and also my work ethic. I like that they came to my college campus and that my interviewer seemed interested in who I was as a person. They ask about your "story" and genuinely seem interested when you answer.

Very impressed with the interviewing process, it was longer than most interviews but well worth it. They want to make sure that you will do well in the job and it shows.
