      Sales Associate Interview

      May 12, 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Glendale, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Skin Laundry (Glendale, CA) in May 2026

      Interview

Skin Laundry’s hiring process is incredibly disrespectful of applicants’ time. They make candidates jump through multiple interview rounds — including downloading Microsoft Teams for an initial interview — only to have different interviewers ask the exact same questions repeatedly. Then they send a generic rejection email saying to “reach out directly for future opportunities” while also stating they can’t provide feedback due to “high volume.” If you’re too overwhelmed to communicate properly with applicants, maybe stop wasting people’s time with unnecessary rounds of repetitive interviews. Entire process felt disorganized, performative, and inefficient.
