Completely rude , incompetent, and unprofessional. I had originally applied for the Content Producer role. Within a a day, HR contacts me for a phone interview. During the phone interview, she mentions that she'd prefer that I'd consider a Partnerships role. I agreed and she told me that she would be OOO for a few days but she would CC me to her colleague too about setting up a date and time. I communicated and confirmed with both of them over a time and date. I'm waiting around for my video interview the following week and the original HR woman doesn't show. I email both women from the email about 30 minutes later. The woman from HR apologized, thinking it was for another time and asked for me to show a few hours later. No problem. Only our next appointment, she doesn't show either. I email them both again and get no response. I email them again the next day and get no response. I email them again a week later and get no response. Honestly, I feel like your employees should be more professional than a Tinder date who ghosts after the first date. If you're trying to run a somewhat credible & viable company then you should at least employ people who are competent & qualified enough to not ruin your company's reputation.

Applied online and was contacted via email the next day. Went through 3 rounds of interviews, phone interview, skills test, and in person. It seemed a little overboard for an internship, but was overall a very positive experience. The people I interviewed with kept me informed throughout the entire process. Was not offered the position but would apply again.
