Was I comfortable carrying out disciplinary and grievance investigations.

To review some cases and submit by a deadline to be discussed at interview. No discussion took place or a review of the work that was put into the case studies. Very misleading 3rd interview that did not cover at all with the information on the e-mail invite instead it was made into another 90 minutes of competency based questions. No opportunity to ask questions
