Skillnet(Watford) interview questions

Interviewed by Chief Exec & directors. Interview at Watford head office. Standard questions asked. No presentation to make. Role was field-based. I had to drive several hundred miles for interview and was treated like a leper when asked if my travel costs could be covered. Told me a lot about the company's attitude. Receiving feedback took 4 weeks from interview & consisted of a 1-line e-mail which said nothing constructive & was borderline personal insult. Reading through the reviews of this organisation suggest it was a lucky escape not to work there - especially the review dated Jan 18, 2018!

Initial Interview was with IT Director and Hiring Manager (Head of Data & Reporting), Both were professional and kind, second interview which included technical & Functional skills assessment and detailed questions/answers about the position, myself and the Company.
