I had a great interview process. The first one was a phone screening, followed by another phone call. I started as a contractor, so there was no coding assessment.
It took about 2 weeks, and I got an offer.

The reason why you are applying and your work ethics.
Interviewers were totally clueless about every portion of the interview process. Could not answer questions on deliverables or salary even 3 interviews in. Third interviewer was extremely rude and borderline degrading. Never followed up regarding a decision. AWFUL practice 3 interviews in.
