easy application, went in and talked to manager and she asked me a few questions right at the desk. she asked me about if i ski or snowboard and what days I have available to work.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ski Haus (Flagstaff, AZ) in Dec 2016
Interview
I met with the owner and manager and they asked me about my skiing experience. We joked and talked about music that we liked. Then I was told that I was to come in the next day at 6:45 am to be trained and help out. So, I showed up to work and prepared myself to be "baptized by fire" as they say- meaning that it was December and the store was going to be the busiest it will be all year.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you know about skiing or snowboarding? Do you want to fix our boot dryers?
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ski Haus (Woburn, MA) in Sep 2012
Interview
Loose interview and application procedure. Only a few levels of management truly have grasp on the process. Requires many callbacks by you to maintain application. No real understanding of how business hiring works. Hiring totally dependent upon sales, which are irregular. Need to really grasp the concept of being an attractive place to work.
