Had to make a video of a welcome speech to guests and a video of me cooking something. Also a 15 min interview - very friendly and a pleasent experience but exams got in the way for me lol

Describe one time you were independent in your work, why skibeat? Describe a time you faced a challenge and how did you resolve that.
After applying, 1 video interview with Resort Manager where you tell them about skills. Then an in-person assessment day, where you do a cooking test from their recipes & do a practise welcome speech.

After applying I did a video interview with an area manager who was lovely, A few weeks later heard that I was on to the next stage to do a cooking assessment, after which was a final interview on the same day.
