Telephone interview. The staff member was rather brisk and condescending. Asked about my location, demanded me to be fully flexible 24/7 despite reasonable request to let me know about shifts in advance so I could arrange transport. At which point I declined the job. She then responded that I "would not be able to get a job within 5 mins of my home" as "a bit of advice". My tailored CV clearly listed a job within 5 mins of my home that was relevant experience for the position. In my full CV I have jobs listed that I've done from home.
