2 step interview process, with general manager and regional VP, about an hour for each. Super laid back but they want to make sure you’re the right fit, they will ask you the hard questions
SIXT interview for senior branch manager: Unconventional, uncomfortable atmosphere. Questions disjointed, lacking focus. Unclear role delineation. Overall, an awkward experience, leaving much to be desired in terms of professionalism and clarity.
