I had a short phone screening and then called in for an interview. The interview was held in a room that was free standing so the AC was pretty limited. The HR girl and the manager (from Germany so English was limited) were the ones conducting the interview. I could tell she was new to the field and really trying but both were just reading questions from a paper and didn't know how to make the interview a dialogue. As it turns out there internal processes seemed disorganized and the role was finance based so I became disinterested really quickly between that and the interview style.
