Instead of wanting to know what I knew about the company they really wanted to get to know me and my story. I appreciate that because that makes me understand that I’m walking into a family atmosphere instead of robotic factory. Everything was smooth.

Very standard behavioral questions as well as some on past work experience. The recruiters were very nice and patient. They kept me updated thorough the whole process. They did not play games and explained the compensation model from the beginning.

Recruiter sets a time and date for the interview. I had in-person one on one interview. It was a engaging and a nice interview. After the interview I got the job and started about a month after.
