I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sixt (Seattle, WA) in May 2016
Interview
Applied online. The online application is great, it saves your information allowing you to apply for multiple positions. I was contacted by a recruiter who did a 20 minute phone interview, before setting up a Skype interview for the following day. Skype interviews are nerve wracking, be prepared! Asked about your willingness to have a quota, prior sales experience and future goals. Upon a successful Skype interview, you'll be scheduled to meet with the branch manager, and sales coach or who ever they determine at the branch location. All interviews will emphasize role playing. They will want to know that you've done your homework and studied up on the company. The company moves quickly if they decide to hire you. Will call within a week of your in person interview to let you know if you are hired. Employment offer is contingent on a background check and clean DMV records, so you can't have anything crazy on your records. Felonies, arrest, DUIs and a bad driving record will surely disqualify you as they want people who are able to drive.
Great to hear that you had an enjoyable interview process with our recruiting and management teams. Congratulations on your new role as an RSA is Seattle. We wish you much success with Sixt!
