There are more than 3 rounds of interview, they people mainly check our communication skills.
For fresher it is easy to handle.
For experience you also easily handle.
But more patience we need to attend every round.
The interview process is very easy. The candidate has to be very fluent in English, have good negotiation skills and be ready to work in a target based field.

First round was with human relation manager and then second round with team lead .Third round was with hr unfortunately she was in leave.They said will get call for hr round.so many time I've tried to reach her she didn't pick my call.After 1 week she said as of I was in leave I didn't select those candidates on those days I was in leave.Is this a valid reason for not selecting me.

First round i have attended face to face interview & the final was telephonic interview & got selected with the same 7 the question was related to IT Recruitment
Received the mail regarding the opening i have applied for the same & then received the call to come down for face to face interview & final was the HR final discussion on CTC
