I tried my best to answer to convince my recruiters that I’m fit for the job but they didn’t offer me the position. How can I increase my chance to get an offer without any experience.

Round table. It was a group of 5 of us. Personally I do not mind group interviews, oddly enough they make me more comfortable to know that others are also just as nervous as me. I did well considering the job was offered to me.

Example, “how would you diffuse a line jumping situation ?”

It was the most straightforward interview imaginable, as it asked a few questions about your experience and strengths. It was short with only one interview and a job offer at the end.
