I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Six Flags
Interview
It was a group interview where 4 of the 5 people there were hired on the spot, if I remember correctly. The questions were fairly simple. If you seem competent and know what position you are there for, you will be fine.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Six Flags in Apr 2012
Interview
I applied on-line for the position, get a call next day and invitation to the interview in a few days. It was really easy, they asked if i am ok with working outside in any weather conditions, if i am able to be on my feet all day , why they should hire me, why i will be good for the position and if i know how to take pictures. that is about it. They made me an offer right in the interview.
