Very easy large group interview. It is essentially an orientation, which is great for the sitters but terrible for the families. Everyone will be allowed in, no references, no vetting, and little personal questions. Congrats - you’re hired!

Group interview, no technical questions-- just general questions to get to know you. We met at a coffee shop with Amanda (CEO located in Columbus, OH), but I'm sure that she has since hired someone to take care of hiring.
