The entire assessment consisted of five stages: 1. Coding Round During this phase, I engaged in manual coding, solving two straightforward problems. 2. Group Discussion (GD) The GD session focused on contemporary tech-related topics. 3. Technical Evaluation This stage involved an examination of my understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and required me to explain the rationale behind the code I had written during the coding round. 4. Dual Cultural Fit Interviews These two rounds consisted of informal discussions aimed at evaluating whether my personality and disposition were suitable for the role. 5. Final In-Person HR Interview In the last step, I had a relaxed conversation with the HR representative in the office.
