Apologies that the call quality made things difficult on your end - that's frustrating and not something we can always control, but we understand how it impacts the experience.
On the feedback: at the earlier stages of the process where volume is high, we aren't always able to provide individual feedback to every candidate, and we know that can feel impersonal. It's something we're conscious of and continue to look at as we grow. We do aim to make the process more personalised as candidates progress further through the stages.
