The manager told me to my face that I wasn’t qualified for a specific skill set - even though I have over four years of direct experience and provided multiple examples to back it up. It was clear he had already made up his mind about me before I even walked in. Not sure what’s more frustrating: being dismissed outright or realizing the conversation was just for show.

Nice working with the team But the interview was sped up which is normal in the industry besides that everyone is nice quality of office and recruiting was smooth enough
