I am really impressed by the great experience I had while going through the recruitment process from the very first phone discussion with the lovely recruiter to the meet-the-team final interview. It went really fast and smooth. Even though the job I applied for required more years of experience than I had, they allowed me to prove my skills and saw the potential in me. I’ve been giving a task assignment which was really challenging and fun, and even if I didn’t respect the deadline, they gave me a very detailed and healthy feedback. The office was so cool and the people in there seemed fun to work with. Everybody was so friendly and welcoming and they carefully listened to my needs and found solutions for everything. All of this made me feel very appreciated. Sitejet is a professional company with a very useful and well designed product and for sure they now how to rock a recruitment process. I couldn’t go further and this was kind of heartbreaking for me but I strongly recommend!
