I appreciate the opportunity to engage with Sisindokom Lintasbuana regarding the Presales Security Specialist position, unfortunately my experience with the interview process less than ideal. After being proactively approached via LinkedIn by Ms. Bernika regarding a Presales Security Specialist role, I was asked to share my contact details and subsequently directed to complete an electronic form and submit my résumé via WhatsApp—a somewhat unorthodox process, but one I accommodated in good faith. I was assured that I would receive a follow-up within two weeks. However, as time passed, no further communication was provided—something that, regrettably, did not come as a surprise. While I understand that hiring processes can be dynamic, a simple update or closure would have demonstrated basic professional courtesy. Prospective candidates may wish to approach with tempered expectations regarding timelines and communication standards.
