Unfortunately, after completing the interview process, I did not receive any follow-up. This made the overall experience feel incomplete and somewhat discouraging. While the interview experience itself was positive, the lack of follow-up suggests a gap in candidate experience processes.
Candidates invest time and energy into these processes, and basic communication should be a standard expectation.
Met with the HR manager via zoom meeting and it was a nice experience, heard back that I wasn't what they were looking for after reviewing notes witht he hiring manager
Started with a call with the founder and then moved onto a take home exercise. Kind of a weird vibe in terms of the culture, but I'm sure the group is full of fun folks. That said, one of the two test exercise websites provided was a gun/firearm website so that felt odd. It was also owned by the founder.
