Directly applied via LinkedIn, first was the personality and aptitude test, after the test results were published, the hr round happened in a week. After the hr round I got interviewed by chatlayer,s Product owner in another week's time. After this round they gave me an assessment(to develop a bot) on their portal in another week's time and had another round based on the test I'd taken. Everything went great except in 3 weeks from my last round, I was told that there's a candidate who has more relevant skillset. They were courteous enough to reply with a no but the time taken to get to this point was 8 weeks which I'm not particularly thrilled about, the process took me through 3 rounds video interviews, a personality and an aptitude test.
