Spoke with a gentleman on the phone and when I asked about why the Glassdoor reviews were so negative, he mentioned to me that it was due to them doing a bad job hiring "those people" based on the high amount of negative reviews, it would seem that this company consistently hires "bad people" but I have a hard time believing all of them were bad and even if they are, it says a lot about the hiring process with this company. Who is making these decisions and what have they learned from it and if anything, why do they continuously hire what he labeled as bad people? For someone so high up in the company to say something like that is a bit concerning, he's basically admitting that he's part of the problem within the company and that makes me want to work somewhere else.
