As a interview process ,I was looking for a salon to work in where I could pay booth rental on a weekly basis, I had a one on one interview with the owner of the salon , she looked over my references, we talked about how long I had been a stylist, an where I had worked previously at that time I was a military spouse, who had traveled a bit an had been working with different types of hair, she decided that day to hire me.
