      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Simply Chic (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2010

      Interview

      The owner called for personal interview at the store. Interview took about 20 minutes. Most questions were about past experience. It seemed that they mostly looking for people who can do multi-position with one pay check. 2 nd round is more like a training. You will go to the store again. The training conduct by formal sale associate. Took about 3-4 hours. Then, they called to set a work seclude
