I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SimonCRE (Scottsdale, AZ) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process was great. The main point of contact was very nice and we clicked well. I ended up taking a different job and I've always regretted it. I had two phone calls and then an invite to the office and that is when I turned it down due to a separate offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They really had a need for the candidate to understand mechanical, engineer, and plumbing (MEP) drawings. These are crucial elements in construction and they wanted to ensure that at least the basics were understood.

Interview
The interview process was standard. 1st was a screening call followed by an in person interview with an Analyst and an HR affiliate. After that they have you complete a personality assessment and a case study. After the case study they invite you to an in person interview with the CEO.
The interview with the CEO was bizarre, first he’ll walk you across the street to grab a drink, afterwards he’ll walk you to his office and have you come behind his desk to analyze a statement of cash flows to determine whether or not a tenant will be a good fit for the parcel.
All in all the company seems to feel with very capable people working for a CEO with a personality that’s not for everyone.
