All interviews had similar formate: meet and greet, fit, case.
First two rounds were over the phone, and then I was invited for a final round on site, where I interviewed with two directors and a partner, also had a simple SAT-level math test, and a fit interview over coffee with another consultant.

Interview
First round phone interview, market entry case. A big pharma company want to go the European market, wants to know if the market if favorable, and the pricing and entering strategies. Case is not hard, solved in about 25 minutes. Before the case there is a behavior interview session, the question is about leadership.
