Interview
The hiring and interview process went quick. Met with both the owner and DON and was hired within a week of interviewing. The questions were typical nursing interview questions and would be easy to answer with nursing experience. The environment was relaxed, so no stress or pressure when interviewing. The interview itself was also over quickly and straight to the point. The process was fairly easy and not stressful at all. The best thing about the interview is that I felt comfortable the entire time. That's always a plus because interviews in general make me nervous. I definitely felt a sigh of relief once I got there and saw that the process was going to be laid back. One of the best interviews I've ever had.

Question 1
I was asked about my nursing experience and any other pertinent information that pertained to nursing. I was also asked if I had experience with mental health patients and crisis care. The interviewer focused on my experience and really drew from my past places of employment to successful direct the interview.
