Applied online by submitting my CV. No cover letter needed. I got called for an interview about a week after submitting my CV. Interview was very short, 20 minutes max. Asked myself one question and went through my. CV. Very nice people in the interview. Very friendly.

Interview
Following my application form, i had a short call with recruitment team and then was invited to a full interview with two partners. The call with Partners was virtual and from memory it was an hour and quite informal. Asked the usual interview questions and it felt like they were more looking for passion and interest than just hard skillset.

Interview
Face to face interview, you are in front of two partners and a HR employee. The interview takes place in the building of the company. They send you an email beforehand telling you who will interview you. They make you wait in the conference room and then enter in for the Interview. Mine lasted only for 20 minutes.
