Simba Sleep interview questions

I would have explained the interview process, but I never got that far because they proceeded to Explanation below. I applied for a temporary employment and was surprised to get a response within hours of my application. They messaged me to say that job training begins in a week and that if it worked for me (which it did), they would begin the interview process and schedule an interview. Everything is going well thus far, right? An hour later, I sent a courteous reply informing them that I was accessible and free at a time convenient for them. There were no indications that the post had been filled or that I was not in the race for it at all. Simba did not show any indicators. If anything changes, it is standard etiquette for the employer to notify all remaining candidates that the job is no longer available. After that, Simba didn't contact me at all, didn't even reply to my message, and didn't follow up with me. Not even a prewritten answer, which is the bare minimum. I contacted them at the end of the week, only to get a robotic answer informing me that I was not being considered and that the post had already been filled. I would advise anybody reading this to avoid applying for positions at this organisation. They definitely do not value the individuals who are willing to work for them, and if any of the reviews on this site are to be believed, they do not care about their own workers either. I'm not anticipating anything crazy. Only the bare minimum that every other organisation in the job application process reached. Don't apply to work here. Avoid at all costs.
