They sent invitation for interview & Google doc. The doc contains 10 javascript questions which I have to answers and sent back to them. During interview they only talk about 10to8 and the role, my experience from your resume, the technical test which I had sent them. Technical aspects went very good as they didn't ask out of test questions. But they were more emphasizing on projects and reason for change. After 2 day I receive this "Unfortunately on this occasion we will not be proceeding with your application. We have had an exceptionally large number of applications, and it has been a difficult decision to make"
