First, you have a phone screen with recruiter, then a technical phone interview, then an in-person (pre-Covid) interview with 5 people. Each of the five interviewers cover one of the company Core Values. Finally, the team meets to decide if they will make an offer. Only one candidate at a time goes through the in-person interview process. In other words, if there is an in-person interview scheduled with a candidate, all other candidates are turned down or on the waiting list.
