Two back to back 30 minute interviews, very personable. Spoke with the hiring manager first, then someone on the team. Ask a lot about my experience not too much about my interest in the company. felt very comfortable!

Interview
Recruiter setup a 30min phone interview with me and then no call, no showed the meeting.
Recruiter reached out a few days later to ask for another attempt at a call. Separately, so did the hiring director.
Setup a call with the director. It lasted 15 minutes and largely comprised of them discrediting my qualifications and acting as though they were only calling me to justify a negative bias they already had against me for some reason. It took less than 10 minutes for them to act like I was wasting their time.

I asked the question at the end of the interview "You seem as though you are very unsure of my abilities. What is your biggest concern with me?"

Interview with one person and went fine for contract role. Interview process a little lengthy but not bad. General interview questions you would get anywhere. Hood company overall but wish they would hire more contractors permanently but the pay is good.
