Interview
Had two different interviews with Siemens Energy. One was in-person, and the other was a Teams meeting. Both interviews went well. However, they will not respond to you after the interview. You just have to assume that you are not chosen for the position.
Three rounds of interviews, standard interview questions. First interview was with local HR and hiring team member. Second interview was just with international HR Director. Third interview was with the manager. Had to chase the outcome.
