Shriram EPC interview questions

We had one round of group discussion where we were given a topic and one minute to organize our thoughts. After that a group of 10 people were asked to discuss the topic with everyone giving their opinions. This was followed by one round of technical interview and another round of on-site interview

Its an excellent culture here where each employee is an owner of his own assignment so long as the interests are alligned to company goals. The decision making is decentralized and approvals post having made decisions can be taken with comfort and to its logical conclusion. It gives comfort to Top management and employees equally as the execution of task is faster.
