Showboat Hotel interview questions

The interview process was confusing, disorganized and unfortunate. Over the course of 3 months I participated in a Teams Interview, and two separate in person interviews at the hotel. I often waited weeks for follow up, being ghosted by multiple hiring managers before someone would follow up with me. During the process, the scope of the role I applied for changed dramatically and I was not informed of this until the 3rd interview. They seemed to have little concept of what they wanted in a candidate, or what role they actually wanted them to fulfill. I truly want this organization to be successful, but a chronic lack of direction and process will hold them back from any meaningful progress.
