The interview process was long with several different levels and conversations. Also had to complete a lengthy personality assessment and a skills assessment. The people were nice and easy to talk to, but after completing 3 rounds of interviews and jumping through other hoops it was disappointing to just be ghosted. Would have been nice to have received at least a short rejection email after going through all that effort.
