Was an in-person interview with some of the management staff. Interview took place inside the aquatics management office. Very basic interview process. The whole process took about twenty minutes at most.

Interview
I applied online and was called for an interview within one week. I interviewed with two managers, and in addition to normal questions there were a lot of very specific scenario questions in the interview. I was offered the position by phone the next day. They had a good training process once hired on.
