Applied for a specific position and during my assessment and onboarding was baited and switched onto a separate and totally different department. This is something that bothered me right off the bat as far as their organization skills and upper management.

Pretty quick and straight forward interview with HR. I applied online, got called for an interview shortly after. The interview itself was maybe 20-30minutes. She asked basic questions about myself, my work experience and the hours I am available.
