Had a total of 2 interviews. One with HR and one with Hiring Manager. HR was more on soft skills while 2nd interview was technical. The overall process was quick as HR regularly updates on the interview process.

I applied for an intern position in Shopee PH for a voluntary internship alongside my academic engagements. Shopee interviewers were friendly. Most questions asked would be scenario questions based on your experiences, usually how you handled tricky situations.

Was there ever a time you made a mistake? How did you handle that?
Describe a time you solved a challenging task.
Similar questions like that.
Also, when you apply, be sure to remember which position you're aiming to get in as they will ask this in the first phone call. Be confident when they ask you that.
Simple behavioral questions about what to do at certain situations and also questions that ask about your knowledge and experience when handling previous problems you have experience. In addition, they ask about your proficiency in Excel and other platforms.
